My name is Alessia Tenebruso and I created Free Spirit Cake Co. in 2009. As someone who has always been a creative person I wanted to find a way to make a work of art that can be enjoyed by all who see (and in this case, taste) it. With a degree in fine art, a baking and pastry culinary school graduate, I love creating edible works of art for special occasions. It brings me so much pleasure and satisfaction to see the reactions of clients when they receive my products and I have received such great reviews from all my clients thus far.
