Alessia is an amazing talent! We hired her to make our daughter's second birthday party and the Yo Gabba Gabba cake she made for us went above and beyond anything we could have even imagined! Not only did the cake look blow-your mind fabulous, but it tasted equally as fabulous! Does it get any better than Cookies 'n Cream filling? Delicious! My daughter and all her friends were in awe of the cake and everyone from age 2 to 62 couldnt stop commenting on how fantastic the cake came out!
Alessia was very easy to work with, very professional, great communication and her prices are very fair. If you are thinking of hiring someone to make a cake for your next special occassion, look no further because you found them! We will definitely be ordering from her again and again! Thanks again for making my Bridal Shower cake & cupcakes! I almost cried when I saw them.. they were more than what I had wished for. Alessia is such an artist when it comes to bakery. She has so many ideas I didn't think were possible to transform into a cake :) and they were beyond delicious~! my guests were at awe with the cake and were suprised by the cupcakes as the give-away gifts.. everything was beautiful~!

Alessia made a beer mug cake for my friends birthday this weekend. The cake not only looked amazing, it was probably the most delicious cake we have ever had!!! I would definitely order from Free Spirit Cake Co again, and recommend her to all my friends and family!

Alessia makes the most beautiful cakes. She made a Tinkerbell cake for my friend's birthday. It was red velvet and had great decorations. My friend was so excited. She was even more excited when she tasted it. It was the best she had ever had. I would defininetly recommend this company for all your sweet delights.

Everyone LOVED the non-wedding cake. They said it was the awesomest cake they ever saw and on top of that, the red velvet TASTED delicious too! Most of the time, cool lookin cakes don't taste good. The cake was soooo moist and yummy.
